Facilities and services

The most popular facilities are the outdoor swimming pool, free parking, family rooms and non-smoking rooms. The pool is seasonal, fenced, free to use, open to all ages and supplied with pool and beach towels. Free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed, with accessible parking spaces close to the accommodation.

All accommodation includes a private bathroom with a bath or shower, free toiletries, towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer, along with linens, a wardrobe or closet and a socket near the bed. Every studio and villa has a balcony or patio with a garden view, air conditioning, heating, carpeted floors, ironing facilities and an iron, and a flat-screen television with satellite channels.

Kitchen facilities are part of every stay: studios have a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, kitchenware and cleaning products, while the villas add an oven, stovetop and dining table, and the three bedroom villa also has a washing machine. Services include private check-in and check-out and a concierge, and meeting and banquet facilities are available at an additional charge.

Private function facilities host groups of 20 to 160 people, with a view over the Pinot Noir vineyard, the 110 year old Fletcher's Church, one of the earliest buildings in Taupō, the township and Mt Tauhara beyond. The property is smoke free throughout, with smoke alarms, key access and closed circuit television outside and in the common areas. English is spoken at reception. Please note that there is no internet access available at the property, that the vineyard and restaurant are no longer operating and that pets are not allowed.
