Contact and house rules

Check-in is from 14:00 to 18:00 and check-out is from 07:30 to 10:00. You need to let the property know what time you will be arriving in advance. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to the accommodation type, so please check the conditions of your selected option when you book.

Children of all ages are welcome and children aged 3 and above are charged as adults. A crib for children aged 0 to 2 is available on request at NZD 20 per child per night, and an extra bed for children aged 3 and above is available on request at NZD 50 per person per night. Prices for cribs and extra beds are not included in the total price and are paid separately during the stay, and both are subject to availability. There is no age requirement for check-in.

Pets are not allowed. The whole property is non-smoking. When booking more than four rooms, different policies and additional fees may apply.

Cards are accepted at the property and cash is not accepted. Please note that there is a 1.95% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.

There are no longer vineyards or restaurants on site, and there is no internet access available at the property.
