Summer time

Reception is open from 7.00am to 9.00pm Sunday to Wednesday and 7.00am to 10.00pm Thursday to Saturday

Winter time

Reception is open from 7.00am to 8.00pm Sunday to Thursday and 7.00am to 9.00pm on Friday and Saturday.

Nestled amongst 7 hectares of landscaped gardens and a vineyard, sit our spacious stand alone villas.

We have plenty of outdoor grassy space around the complex for relaxing, playing cricket, frisbee or for team building acitivities for corporate groups.

In this picturesque setting, we offer the perfect place to relax and unwind whether you are here to have a break with family and friends, are attending a wedding, attending a conference or just needing a friendly home away from home on your way through Taupo.
Our villas are stand alone, like little houses, and are fully self-contained with covered verandahs.  The villas are set around three cul-de-sacs, such as the one shown here, so offer a private & relaxed area.

Some of the villas seperate into a suite on one side and a studio on the other - however these can be combined to make an executive two bedroom villa, providing more space for guests.

Two Bedroom Villa
Two seperate bedrooms which can be set with two double or one double and two single beds, spacious lounge with kitchen facilities and bathroom with a shower over a bath and separate toilet.  The villas cater for a maximum of five guests in total (utilising the fold out *sofa bed in the lounge).

Rate quoted is for up to 4 guests.

Once Bedroom Suite

One bedroom which can be set with one double or two single beds, a spacious lounge with kitchen facilities, bathroom with shower over a bath and a separate toilet.  The suites cater for a maximum of three guests (utilising the fold out *sofa bed in the lounge).  Rate quoted is for up to 2 geusts.  The suite can interconnect with a studio through an interconnecting door.

Studio

Open plan all in one unit with tea and coffee facilities, and an en-suite (shower only).This room can be set with a double or two single beds.  The sutdios cater for a maximum of two guests in total.  Rate quoted is for up to 2 guests.  The studio can interconnect with a suite through an interconnecting door.

• Suites and studios have interconnecting doors which can be unlocked to create a two bedroom vila.
• Baby cots are available.  If you require one, please mention at time of booking. (Subject to availability).
• Extra Guests at $15.00 per adult and $10.00 per child.
• *Sofa beds (in villas and suites) sleep one or two small children.  Not all villas and suites have sofa beds.  If you require one, this must be arranged prior to your day of arrival and is subject to availability.
